DMC Projects has been appointed by Abacus Property Group in collaboration with Sunshine Coast Regional Council to provide Development Management and Project Management services for the “Brisbane Road Car Park, Mooloolaba.”
Located in the centre of Mooloolaba, the project will deliver much needed public and associated uses carpark for approx. 700 cars. This new Council owned facility will provide a modern multi story car park facility for locals, beach goers, restaurant and retail customers and tourists alike.
The retail component on ground level will include a full-line supermarket plus speciality tenancies including food, beverage and service related offerings. The Project will also deliver a residential tower consisting of 96 apartments, a retirement tower consisting of 127 apartments and a boutique hotel of 104 rooms.
