DMC Projects was commissioned to provide Development & Project Management services in relation to the development of a residential apartment and townhouse project in the historic Brickworks Quarry situated on the suburb borders of Newmarket and Alderley. The staged development ultimately has 350 residential products with the initial stages currently being developed containing 172 one, two & three bedroom apartments and 50 townhouses with views to the Brisbane CBD skyline and set in a unique inner city landscaped environment. The state heritage listed Hoffman Kiln is being preserved and celebrated within the new architecture while the surrounding landscape proposes tree lined streets and vast open green spaces.

Our role as Development & Project Manager for City Developments Limited who are developing the project sees DMC Projects co-ordinating the development team, coordinating the sales and marketing team, assisting with the community consultation and the planning application. Moving forward, we will assist with the early works contract, tender for construction, contract negotiation, construction monitoring and superintendent activities onsite to ensure the programme and budget is adhered to.
