Midtown
DMC Projects has been appointed to provide Development Management and Project Management services for the Midtown Project, formally known as the “Forestry and Health Buildings” located in the midtown precinct at 155 Charlotte Street and 150 Mary Street, Brisbane. Through a series of planning applications and innovative design outcomes, the project team is re-purposed two existing towers of commercial office space totalling 26,000m2 and combining them into a single premium grade office tower of 46,000m2. Brickworks Park DMC Projects was commissioned to provide Development & Project Management services in relation to the development of a residential apartment and townhouse project in the historic Brickworks Quarry situated on the suburb borders of Newmarket and Alderley.
The staged development ultimately has 350 residential products with the initial stages currently being developed containing 172 one, two & three bedroom apartments and 54 townhouses with views to the Brisbane CBD skyline and set in a unique inner city landscaped environment. Michael Hill Jewellers DMC Projects were appointed by the developer, Anthony John Group, as the Independent Certifier throughout the construction and integrated fitout stages of Michael Hill Jeweller’s new head office and workshops, located within Southgate Corporate Park. Riverside Centre DMC Projects was engaged as the Project Management consultant to deliver a wide-ranging list of building and rejuvenation projects to the Riverside Centre, which is 40 story iconic Harry Seidler designed premium office and retail complex located on the river in the Brisbane CBD owned by the GPT Group.
